We provide the client with qualified experience in consulting, to create and/or direct an acquisitions department and coordinate the rest of the departments involved in the project, both nationally and internationally. Among our consulting services you can find:

SUPERVISION

Selection and supervision of companies responsible for the acquisition.

APPROVAL

Study and approval of the modus operandi for acquisitions.

COORDINATION

Coordinating the managers of the different departments involved in acquisitions (RF, engineering, civil work…)

COLABORATION

Colaboration with the rest of the departments for processing, acquiring licenses and obtaining the necessary authorizations.

Constantly updating data on the sites.

Control in framework contracts with third parties nationwide.

MONITORING

Monitoring and tracking contracted sites

We have developed this service nationally for both TRADIA (CELLNEX) and MARCONI in Spain; and NOKIA in Italiy, creating a department dedicated to supervising site acquisition companies with the help of our external consultants.

This highly qualified staff, will also be able to organize and manage acquisition companies directly from their clients instalations. This site manager, will be assisted by specialists in the different provinces, who will support and supervise the day to day management of these companies.
